Watermelon & Feta Salad

Hello summer! Nothing screams summer more than watermelon! Enjoy this simple and refreshing side dish to go with your Fourth of July barbecue. It’s as easy as throwing four ingredients together and guests will be blown away, but coming back for more of the unique combinations of flavor.

 

Recipe:

6 cups cubed watermelon

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

¼ cup chopped fresh mint

¼ cup of fresh chopped basil

¼ cup fresh lime juice

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

 

Directions:

Combine watermelon, feta cheese, red onion, and mint in a large bowl.

Pour the lime juice and olive oil over the watermelon mixture and toss gently to coat.
